The Weather

Uganda has a pleasant climate all year round with minor temperature variations. Days are pleasant and the nights moderate. At higher altitudes, it can be cooler, especially at Bwindi. The rainy season is usually from mid March to mid May and again during November. The hottest months are from December to February. The rainy seasons in the south are from April to May and October to November, the wettest month being April. In the north the wet season is from April to October.
