Tanzania Activities

You daily experience the exhilaration of close contact wildlife viewing during day and night game drives. Keep your eyes open for the endangered rhino in Ngorongoro Crater or on walking safaris in the Selous. Here you will experience wildlife viewing from open vehicles and boat on the Rufiji River past crocodile and hippo. In remote Ruaha keep your eyes open for the rare wild dog. In Olduvai Gorge's small museum overlooking the exposed strata of red clay, you can learn more about the excavations in the region and see some of the hundreds of fossil bones and stone tools, many used to hunt wildlife that you may have passed on your drive.
