Days 1/2 - Atlanta Or New York/Johannesburg

Days 3/4 - Windhoek/Sossusvlei
Fly to Windhoek, Namibia. From here, it’s a short flight to discover the desolate beauty of the Namib Desert. Over 80 million years old, the highest dunes in the world are blown into razor sharp, ochre ridges by the sand-shifting wind. Your camp is nearby on the Kulala Wilderness Reserve providing exclusivity in the midst of awesome desert scenery. This is not an animal rich region, so you appreciate the sightings of animals such as the springbok, oryx and ostrich who manage to survive in these harsh conditions that much more. Days 5/6 - Swakopmund/Walvis Bay/Etosha National Park
Fly to Swakopmund and boat on Walvis Bay to see the seal colony. Then, fly to Ongava, situated in the southern end of Etosha National Park. Large herds of plains animals concentrate around the waterholes in the dry season making for exciting wildlife viewing. Species that can be seen year round include elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, springbok, oryx, kudu and the diminutive Damara dik-dik. Birdlife is also good with Ostrich and raptors in abundance. The option of tracking white rhino on foot is available as are night drives. ONGAVA LODGE. (All Meals Daily)
Day 7 - Windhoek
Fly via light aircraft to Windhoek, located in a basin between the Khomas Highland and the beautiful Auas and Eros mountains. Stroll the streets to see the mix of modern and turn-of-the-century architecture in a city that still retains much of its German colonial identity and taste, including apple strudel at the Konditerei (bakery). Then work it off on the tennis court or beautifully desert landscaped golf course at your deluxe resort. WINDHOEK COUNTRY CLUB RESORT. (B)
Days 8/9 - Maun/Okavango Delta/Moremi Game Reserve/Chitabe Camp
Fly to Maun, Botswana and connect to your light aircraft to the Okavango Delta – earth’s largest inland water systems. Your camp is situated on one of the most beautiful islands in the Okavango Delta. Its variety of habitats, dry acacia and mopane woodland, riverine areas, open grasslands and seasonally flooded plains make for wonderful wildlife viewing on nature walks and day and night drives in open 4x4 vehicles. Some of the neighbors may include elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard, and cheetah, as well as the endangered African wild dog. Dr. Tico McNutt, head of the Botswana Wild Dog Project or one of his researchers will share their latest insights. CHITABE CAMP. (All Meals Daily)
Days 10/11 - Okavango Delta/Moremi Game Reserve/Vumbura Camp
Fly via light aircraft to Vumbura Camp, your luxury tented camp situated in a private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve in the extreme north of the Okavango Delta. Vumbura offers both water and land activities. Mokoros traverse the flood plains under the guidance of polers from the BaYei tribe. Boats take guests onto the larger and deeper areas of water (levels permitting). Open 4x4 Land Rovers allow close proximity to animals in the savannah areas. Here, you may see red lechwe from a mokoro in the morning, then a Sable antelope from a Land Rover in the afternoon. Dereck and Beverly Joubert have immortalized this region in the films Eternal Enemies: Lions and Hyenas and Reflections of Elephants. VUMBURA PLAINS CAMP. (All Meals Daily)
Days 12/13 - Livingstone/Victoria Falls
Fly to Kasane, proceed through customs and continue on your short flight to Livingstone and the magnificence of Victoria Falls. More than twice the size of Niagara, five separate water falls make up this incredible spectacle that plunges more than 328 feet into a sheer-sided chasm with mist rising to the surface, inspiring the local people to name the falls, Mosi-oa-Tunya – The Smoke that Thunders. Tour the falls on the Zambian side. Visit a native village to see how the local people live. Toast the setting sun on a sundowner cruise on the Zambezi River. Days 14/15 - Johannesburg/Atlanta or New York
