La Quinta de Sarapiqui

La Quinta is an ideal base for both casual and avid birders. Over 100 species have been identified right on the property, and hummingbirds are frequently observed extracting nectar from the flowers located throughout the garden. The lodge has also been participating in a reforestation project which is helping to restore the native vegetation and return this area to the lush secondary rainforest it once was.  Each cabin has a small private porch with a view of the gardens. Cool tiled floors and ceiling fans provide comfort in the warmest weather. A footpath leads you down to the cool water of the Sardinal River which offers a refreshing dip on a hot day.
