Cano Negro Natural Lodge

In 1996, Caño Negro Natural Lodge began their operations with only 10 rooms and the idea to attract only sport fishing clientele. Over time, their vision changed allowing them to take advantage of the great potential that is the Caño Negro National Wildlife Refuge. With their new focus, they now offer a wider variety of options to their visitors such as: the observation of flora and fauna, photography, wildlife adventure, and cultural exposure. With the growth of activities offered, arose the need to expand their infrastructure, which resulted in the construction of 22 rooms, a large restaurant, swimming pool with bar, and on-site gardens. With a focus on growth and natural development, Caño Negro Natural Lodge has created new jobs for habitants of Caño Negro, giving them new opportunities and allowing them to learn new skills. These wonderful people now make up their entire staff at the lodge, where they offer you a customized service that makes you feel at home.
